First class Service for your THORENS®
In the pursuit of very high quality standards, all Thorens devices are designed and manufactured with a long product life in mind. However in the unlikely case that your device fails to operate properly you can have it repaired or serviced by an appointed Thorens® service centre within the warranty period (and also beyond). Please take account of the following information:
Service/repair within warranty period:
Please contact the Thorens® dealer from whom you have acquired your device, or alternatively the Thorens distribution partner in your country.
In order to avoid unnecessary delays we advise to prepare the following information to be given to the dealer or distribution partner respectively:
- Type or name of device
- Serial Number
- Date and place of purchase
- Description of failure / malfunction
- Your full name and complete address with phone number / email-address
Hint: if a warranty issue is to be handled by a Thorens distribution partner it is usually required to have the device shipped. Unless a pick-up on site is covered by the warranty conditions, delivery to the service centre / distribution partner must be effected at your own risk and expenses. It is therefore strongly recommended to ship the device in its original packing, because only by this measure the device will be sufficiently protected from being damaged during transportation.

After the warranty period has expired you can have your device serviced or repaired with costs. Please contact the Thorens® dealer from whom you have acquired your device, or alternatively the Thorens® distribution partner in your country.
