The Thorens TP 150 tonearm combines precise adjustability, outstanding flexibility and audiophile performance. With an effective mass of 14 grams, it is suitable for a wide range of cartridges and allows individual adjustment of both VTA (vertical tracking angle) and azimuth.
Thanks to its standard SME connector, headshells and cartridges can be exchanged quickly and easily. This gives the TP 150 maximum flexibility when selecting and optimising the preferred cartridge system.
For precise tracking, the anti-skating adjustment is achieved via a movable weight integrated into the tonearm base. The force is transmitted by a nylon thread guided over a low-friction ruby bearing. This proven design ensures accurate adjustment and long-term stability.
