In this year’s hi-fi poll of Audio magazine (Germany) Thorens achieved an outstanding success: 16,980 readers voted for the TD 550 to rank No. 1 in the record player category. And there was another model from Thorens to hit a score among the ten best record players: the TD 700 ranked No. 6.
